Former White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney says, ‘the deep state is real.’

‘There are people who work for the federal government who are willing to use the power of the federal government to attack their political opponents,’ he said.

‘It’s more dramatic than it has ever been in my lifetime, he said.
